Didnt have long but managed to persuade me ma to have the kids for a bit so headed up to the local woods. Only 3 miles, but all on single track, and better than letting my legs clamp up watching the telly and playing GT4. Migt do bwlch tommorow, after kiting, JJOOOYYYYY!
